Catalunya Bans Happy Hour

The Catalunyan governement yesterday passed a new law banning Happy Hours and 2 for 1 drinks. In an attempt to prevent the increase in teenage drinking, we think its not the offers that the bars put on that promote this growing trend but a lack of supervision and discipline from parents.
